Four to the Floor receive personal data through email and website contact enquires from clients.

Website enquiries are processed by Squarespace and linked to a direct email address. The data is also stored on a password-protected spreadsheet within Google Drive. To view how your personal data is used by Squarespace, please click here.

Four to the Floor occasionally receive contact data through third parties such as wedding fair companies or booking agents, who have sought permission from clients to share their data.

Four to the Floor will not share your data with any outside organisations.

If Four to the Floor no longer have use of your data they will erase it from their servers and spreadsheets e.g. if you enquired about a booking for an event and it has since passed.
